The first European edition of the Changemaker Awards showcased the qualities of changemakers: people who dare to make a difference, push boundaries, show ownership, achieve results and bring others along with their energy. For this award, colleagues could nominate each other. This way we really show the effort everyone puts into the numerous projects and activities at HeadFirst Group.
Of course there were also prizes: each winner received a beautiful voucher of €500, a tangible token of appreciation that feels like a compliment and a vote of confidence. But the real reward was in the atmosphere of the day itself: the pride, the smiles and, above all, the feeling that your efforts are seen. It is that combination of appreciation, pleasure and confidence that moves us forward every day.
