Your role
In this 360° role, you will be responsible for both the client and candidate sides of the business. You will be the link between organizations that need temporary or permanent recruitment capacity and professionals who want to make a difference in that field.
You are going;
Building and expanding customer networks
Actively approach new customers and make use of the many warm contacts that already exist.
Strengthening and expanding existing relationships: from large organizations to growing scale-ups.
Working with clients on recruitment issues and capacity challenges.
Find & connect candidates
Recruitment professionals source, interview, and inspire enthusiasm for exciting assignments.
Guiding talent during their assignments and acting as a sparring partner.
Building a sustainable talent pool that forms the basis of our new business line.
Helping to build the business line
Assisting in the design of processes, propositions, and market approach.
Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into concrete assignments.
Actively contributing to establishing Sterksen as the partner of choice for HR and recruitment secondment solutions.

A salary between €3,500 and €4,800 based on your experience.

Who you are
You have experience in recruitment or a commercial role (e.g., temporary employment or secondment under the ABU collective labor agreement).
You enjoy building, deepening relationships, and creating opportunities.
You are enterprising, socially skilled, and have a healthy commercial drive.
