The role
As a Medior or Senior Account Manager Smart Industry, you will be responsible for the strategic management and expansion of accounts within the Smart Industry sector. You will work with organizations that are active in Industry 5.0 and act as their commercial and substantive point of contact in the field of external hiring and workforce solutions.
The focus within this role is on deepening and broadening existing customer relationships. There is great commercial potential within Smart Industry. Many organizations are currently working with relatively limited volumes, while the need for specialized professionals is structurally increasing. You know how to recognize this potential and translate it into sustainable commercial growth.
You operate at a tactical and strategic level and have a clear ambition to conduct C-level discussions. You understand clients' hiring strategies and know how to translate these into appropriate propositions, ranging from broker and MSP light constructions to more complex MSP processes. Depending on your seniority, the emphasis will be on tactical account management or on the strategic development of key accounts and sector-wide growth.
What are you going to do?
You manage and develop accounts within the Smart Industry sector and develop and implement account and growth strategies. You advise clients on external hiring strategies, market developments, and scarcity within their sector. You conduct commercial and strategic discussions at the tactical and executive levels and work toward structural positioning at the C-level.
In addition, you will focus on quality, performance, and customer satisfaction, and you will work closely with recruitment, sales, and operations to successfully realize propositions. Depending on your seniority, you will contribute to sector strategy, supervise MSP processes, and coach colleagues within the account team.

What do you bring with you?
You have a higher vocational education (HBO) or university education (WO) level of working and thinking and have experience in account management or commercial services within a complex B2B environment. You have an affinity with technology, industry, logistics, or software development and preferably have additional industry knowledge.
For a senior profile, you must have demonstrable experience with strategic accounts, complex customer environments, and MSP processes. You are skilled in stakeholder management at a tactical and strategic level and work from a consultative selling approach. You are commercially driven and know how to achieve sustainable growth.
