Make an impact within Smart Industry at HeadFirst Group

As an Account Manager Smart Industry at HeadFirst Group, you will be responsible for managing and expanding accounts within the Smart Industry sector. You will work with organizations active in logistics and transport, retail, manufacturing, and software development, among other areas. For these clients, you will be the commercial and substantive point of contact in the field of external hiring and workforce solutions.

In this role, the focus is on deepening and broadening existing customer relationships. There is great commercial potential within Smart Industry: many organizations are currently working with limited volumes, while the structural need for specialized professionals is increasing. You recognize this potential and know how to translate it into sustainable commercial growth. Depending on your seniority, you will mainly operate at a tactical level or take control of strategic accounts and sector-wide growth.

 Your impact at HeadFirst Group

In this role, you will actively contribute to the further growth and positioning of HeadFirst Group within Smart Industry. You will build long-term customer relationships and know how to translate customers' hiring strategies into suitable and scalable solutions, ranging from broker and MSP light constructions to more complex MSP processes.

You will have a direct impact by advising clients on market developments, scarcity, and the deployment of external talent. Your commercial insight and consultative selling approach will ensure structural growth, higher customer value, and a solid anchoring of HeadFirst Group as a strategic knowledge partner within the sector.

What will you do?

  • Managing and expanding accounts within the Smart Industry sector;

  • Developing and implementing account and growth strategies;

  • Advising clients on external hiring strategies, market developments, and shortages within their sector;

  • Conducting commercial and strategic discussions at a tactical level and working towards positioning at management and C-level;

  • Collaborating with recruitment, sales, and operations to successfully realize propositions;

  • Focusing on quality, performance, and customer satisfaction;

  • Contributing to sector strategy and supervising MSP processes (senior);

  • Coaching and supporting colleagues within the account team (senior).

Salary that matches your experience
You will receive a salary range that matches your knowledge and experience. We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.
Vacation pay and days off
You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.
Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.
Premium-freepension
We pay your entire pension premium. This means you accrue pension without having to contribute to it yourself. As a result, you are left with a higher net salary.
Performancebonus
Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you may receive an annual bonus of one or two months' salary.
Monthly extras
You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution towards lunch, and support in setting up your home office.

What we expect from you

You are a commercial professional who feels comfortable in a complex B2B environment and gets energy from building customer relationships. You combine commercial insight with a substantive interest in technology and industry and know how to capitalize on opportunities in a sustainable manner. In addition, you bring the following to the table:

  • HBO or WO working and thinking level;

  • Experience in account management or commercial services within a complex B2B environment;

  • Affinity with technology, industry, logistics, or software development;

  • For senior profiles: experience with strategic accounts, complex customer environments, and MSP processes;

  • Strong stakeholder management at tactical and strategic levels;

  • A consultative selling approach and commercial drive;

  • Ability to achieve sustainable growth and long-term customer relationships.
