Your impact at HeadFirst Group

As Assistant Financial Controller, you are the bridge between Accounting and Financial Control. You work closely with three Financial Controllers within the Financial Control team and report to the Finance Manager. In this role, you assist with month-end closings, analyses, and reports, but you also have the opportunity to take on more and more ownership.

You immerse yourself in figures, identify deviations, ask critical questions, and translate data into insights. It is precisely that story behind the figures that makes your contribution valuable. In time, you will take over tasks from the Financial Controllers and grow into a fully-fledged controlling position.

What will you do?

• Support with monthly and annual closings;

• Preparing and performing financial analyses and management reports;

• Analyzing results, cost developments, and balance sheet positions;

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning;

• Identifying deviations and contributing ideas for improvement actions;

• Supporting Financial Controllers with control and reporting issues;

• Contribute to process improvements within accounting and financial control;

• Collaborating with colleagues within Finance and other departments.
