Your impact at HeadFirst Group

In the role of Medior Corporate Lawyer, you are the legal point of contact for the business and key accounts. You interact with colleagues from various disciplines on a daily basis and are not afraid to ask questions when necessary. You advise on a wide range of legal issues and move smoothly between strategy and practice.

You will be part of a close-knit legal team of three colleagues, with plenty of room for initiative, responsibility, and in-depth knowledge. Depending on your interests and expertise, you can further specialize in areas such as IT, privacy, or AI. Your role will go beyond providing legal advice. You will contribute ideas on policy, support growth plans, and help the organization remain legally future-proof in an increasingly complex playing field.

What will you do?

  • Advising on labor law issues within the world of job placement and temporary hiring;

  • Discussing commercial contract law and complex contract negotiations with key accounts;

  • Providing legal support for tenders and contributing to our national and international growth plans;

  • Actively identifying relevant legislative changes and translating these into practical impact for the organization;

  • Applying your expertise at the intersection of IT, privacy, and data issues, including developments surrounding AI;

  • Occasionally providing training or knowledge sessions to keep the organization legally future-proof;

  • Contributing to policy development and legal frameworks.

Salary that matches your experience
You will receive a range of salary that matches your knowledge and experience. We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.
Vacation pay and days off
You receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 days off per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of room to recharge.
Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and use a 60/40 split for this purpose, whereby with full-time employment you are in the office for three days and can work from home for two days.
Contributory pension
We pay your full pension premium. So you build up a pension without contributing to it yourself. You'll have a higher net salary as a result.
Performance bonus
Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you can receive an annual extra reward of one or two months' salary.
Monthly extras
You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution for lunch and support in setting up your home office.

What we expect from you

  • A completed university degree in Dutch Law. If you have also completed legal training, you will have an advantage.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer or trainee lawyer or junior lawyer, preferably in employment law and/or contract law;

  • Affinity with IT, privacy, and AI-related legal topics;

  • You are a strong discussion partner who analyzes sharply but gives clear and accessible advice.

  • Stress-resistant, hands-on, and skilled at balancing different interests;

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.
