Your commercial missionÂ
As Business Development Manager , you are responsible for generating new revenue. You determine where opportunities lie, which organizations have potential, and how to bring them on board.Â
You actively approach prospects, schedule appointments, and conduct conversations at the decision-maker level. You do this your way; we provide you with the tools. You don't sell individual services, but rather strategic solutions for complex recruitment issues. You negotiate sharply, focus on results, and conclude clear contracts.Â
What you actually doÂ
Actively approaching and acquiring new (mid-market) customersÂ
Building a strong commercial pipelineÂ
Conducting sales and progress meetings with customersÂ
Expanding existing customers with additional HR tech servicesÂ
Identifying commercial opportunities and market developmentsÂ
Contributing ideas about the positioning of RPO and new partnershipsÂ
You will work closely with the Commercial Manager and liaise daily with colleagues from RPO and Recruitment & Selection to convert commercial opportunities into results. Within the commercial team, you will work together to achieve the target and coordinate with multiple departments to arrive at the most suitable proposition. In doing so, you will always look ahead: how can we help our customers even better?Â
You are a commercial professional who understands how recruitment and related HR solutions work. Think of MSP, RPO, TTM, SOW, and brokering. You know how decision-making works within organizations and dare to ask questions. Resistance does not deter you. You keep the end goal firmly in mind.Â
At least 3 years of commercial experience in HR, recruitment, or employment servicesÂ
Bachelor's degree in a commercial field or business administrationÂ
Targets give you focus; you enjoy building pipelines.Â
Data-driven working with CRM (Hubspot) and pipeline management
Available 32 to 40 hours per week. Â
