We are looking for a HubSpot Functional Administrator to help us manage and support our HubSpot platform. You will ensure that HubSpot runs smoothly for marketing, sales, and service teams and provide first-line support to colleagues with questions or issues. This is an ideal position for someone who is at the beginning of their career and wants to develop into a HubSpot expert.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting and managing HubSpot hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Operations).
Managing properties, workflows, pipelines, custom objects, and automations.
Be the first point of contact for questions and issues with HubSpot.
Solve functional problems and guide users in the correct use of HubSpot.
Create simple documentation for frequently asked questions and standard processes.
Handling user requests, such as changes to properties, pipelines, or workflows.
Ensuring accurate data and monitoring system performance.
Collaborate with IT or technical teams for integrations with other systems as needed.
Competencies
Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow in HubSpot management.
Able to handle multiple support requests efficiently.
Organized and precise.

Vacation pay and days off
You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.

We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.

Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you may receive an annual bonus of one or two months' salary.

What we expect from you
Qualifications
HBO program
1–2 years of experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
Basic knowledge of CRM processes and marketing automation.
Interested in supporting users and resolving system-related issues.
Analytical and accurate.
Good communication skills.
HubSpot certifications are a plus.
