Junior Bid & Tender Specialist

About the role
Within our market, most contracts are awarded through tenders and bids. As a Junior Tender Specialist, you will be involved in the entire tender process and will support experienced colleagues in writing, structuring, and coordinating proposals.
You will work together with colleagues from Bids & Tenders and regularly liaise with sales, account management, operations, legal, and marketing and communications. This will teach you how commercial propositions are developed and how different disciplines come together in a single proposal.
What are you going to do?
Support in writing and editing tender and procurement texts
Structuring documentation, requirements, and planning
Participating in knowledge interviews and processing input
Learning to analyze customer questions and tender documents
Contributing to evaluations and improvements of the tender process
Managing database and eligibility requirements

Vacation pay and days off
You receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 days off per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of room to recharge.

Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and use a 60/40 split for this purpose, whereby with full-time employment you are in the office for three days and can work from home for two days.
