Junior Success Manager Retention Professionals
As a Junior Success Manager & Retention Professional, you are responsible for maintaining and extending the collaboration with independent professionals within HeadFirst Group. You ensure that professionals who work via the Striive platform remain connected to HeadFirst Group after their assignment has ended, preferably through an extension, a new assignment via Striive or, if they start working outside Striive, by selling them the additional service: Services4all.
You proactively guide professionals toward their next step, while ensuring continuity and commercial value. By initiating discussions at the right time, you prevent staff turnover, increase loyalty, and maintain insight into where and how professionals are deployed. You are the permanent point of contact toward the end of the assignment and play an important role in retention policy and margin optimization.
Within Operations, you will work closely with Success Managers, Recruiters, and contract management. Together, you will ensure high occupancy rates, sustainable relationships, and maximum value for professionals and the organization.
What will you be doing?
You combine relationship management with advisory and commercial discussions, always with retention as your starting point. You guide professionals whose assignments are coming to an end and ensure that they remain connected to HeadFirst Group.
Your duties will include:
· Permanent point of contact for professionals during and towards the end of their assignment
· Proactively follow up on expiring assignments with a focus on renewal or redeployment
· Guiding toward new assignments via Striive with an eye on margin
· Providing insight into when professionals are (at risk of) working outside HeadFirst Group
· Conducting telephone retention conversations
· Advising and promoting Services4all to strengthen loyalty and margins
· Coordinate with contract management regarding renewals and changes
· Referral to recruiters when a new assignment is needed
· Contributing ideas about employability, development, and sustainable cooperation
· Identifying commercial opportunities, risks, and needs within your portfolio
· Administrative processing as a single point of contact (SPOC)

Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or account management is an advantage, but not a requirement.
