As a Partner Manager, you’ll help ensure the quality of our Partner Services: you’ll work toward relationship, revenue, and process goals, and ensure that suppliers contribute optimally to successful staffing for our clients. You will build long-term relationships with the right partners, explore together how both of you can grow, and establish clear agreements on this—both at the process level and commercially.

What will you do?

  • Portfolio management (approx. 40 suppliers): You will develop annual and account plans, finalize commercial agreements, and work with partners to monitor performance and compliance.

  • Stakeholder management: You will coordinate and facilitate meetings between suppliers and internal teams (account management, recruitment, marketing), including setting the agenda, preparing for the meetings, and drafting meeting minutes.

  • Supply and demand management: You identify the needs of partners and internal teams, pinpoint opportunities for further collaboration, and translate these into concrete actions.

  • Continuous improvement: You identify trends and pain points, bring them to the table for discussion, and work with stakeholders to develop solutions—data-driven and step by step.

  • Visits and meetings: You have daily appointments at our office in Hoofddorp or at the supplier’s location. A company car or a mobility allowance is available for this purpose.

Salary that matches your experience
You will receive a salary range that matches your knowledge and experience. We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.
Vacation pay and days off
You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.
Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.
Premium-freepension
We pay your entire pension premium. This means you accrue pension without having to contribute to it yourself. As a result, you are left with a higher net salary.
Performancebonus
Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you may receive an annual bonus of one or two months' salary.
Monthly extras
You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution towards lunch, and support in setting up your home office.

What we expect from you

  • A college degree and at least 2 years of experience in client relationship management or job placement.

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

  • You combine commercial acumen with analytical skills and are able to reconcile diverse interests.

  • You are empathetic, have a good understanding of organizational dynamics, and are team-oriented, and you quickly know how to strike the right tone with each person you speak with.

  • Driver's license B.
