The volume of requests handled by the HeadFirst Group requires tight supplier management. Every year, we connect more than 35,000 professionals to more than 500 clients, driven by tech-meets-touch. You play a vital role in this! You find the right partners, enter into a (long-term) partnership with them, and explore how we can grow together, both the partner and HeadFirst. This partnership naturally also involves objectives, and you will make agreements on both process and commercial matters.

What will you do?

  • Portfolio management: (±40 suppliers): drawing up annual and account plans, recording commercial agreements, monitoring performance agreements and compliance.

  • Stakeholder management: coordinating and leading sessions between suppliers and internal teams (account management, recruitment, marketing), including agenda, preparation, and reporting.

  • Supply and demand management: identifying needs, recognizing opportunities for upselling, and translating these into concrete actions.

  • Continuous improvement: identifying trends and bottlenecks and discussing them with stakeholders; we improve in a data-driven manner, step by step.

  • Visits & consultations: daily appointments in Hoofddorp or at the supplier's location; lease car or mobility allowance available.

Salary that matches your experience
You will receive a salary range that matches your knowledge and experience. We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.
Vacation pay and days off
You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.
Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.
Premium-freepension
We pay your entire pension premium. This means you accrue pension without having to contribute to it yourself. As a result, you are left with a higher net salary.
Performancebonus
Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you may receive an annual bonus of one or two months' salary.
Monthly extras
You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution towards lunch, and support in setting up your home office.

What we expect from you

  • HBO level and at least 2 years of experience in relationship management/employment services.

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

  • Commercial and analytical; you connect interests and guarantee quality.

  • Empathetic, organization-sensitive, and team-oriented; you quickly find the right tone for each target group.

  • Driver's license B.
