In this role, you will be the point of contact for employees and management in the areas of payroll, employee benefits, and reporting. You will work closely with others, switch easily between different disciplines, and take HR reporting and analytics to the next level. Together, we will ensure accurate administrative and financial processing in the Netherlands, Belgium, and our global organization.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for the monthly salary processing for approximately 400 employees and will ensure flawless payroll administration.
You will work together with HR, Finance, and the business to optimize processes and ensure smooth administrative handling.
You create HR reports and analyses, enabling us to gain ever better insight into data and trends within the organization.
You manage employee benefits, including pension plans and insurance, and advise employees and management on these matters.
You identify changes in legislation and regulations and apply them correctly, ensuring that we always remain up to date.
You will provide support during audits, internal/external checks, and international coordination regarding payroll taxes.
You work with AFAS and actively contribute to the implementation of Workday, our new HR tool.

You are an experienced Payroll Specialist who feels comfortable in a complex environment and takes ownership of quality and continuity. You work accurately, think ahead, and know how to translate regulations into practice. In addition, you bring the following to the table:
Bachelor's degree in HR or Finance (PDL is a must);
At least 5–10 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll, preferably in an organization of comparable size;
Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits, Dutch laws and regulations, and affinity with figures and data;
Experience with AFAS and interest in Workday;
Good command of both Dutch and English;
You are accurate, analytical, and can easily switch between different tasks and stakeholders;
Ambition to continue growing within the organization, both nationally and internationally.
