Do you get energy from analyzing HR data and translating figures into insights that really help organizations move forward? And do you want to play a role in building a data-driven HR organization within an international environment?
At HeadFirst Group, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the further development of HR reporting, dashboards, and people analytics. You will work with various HR systems and translate data into insights that help HR, management, and executives make strategic decisions.
Your impact at HeadFirst Group
Within the HR team, we are developing an increasingly data-driven way of working. To support our growth and international ambitions, we continuously invest in HR data, reporting, and people analytics. We work with AFAS, implement Workday, use our LMS KnowHow for learning data, and Coaching Culture for talent reviews. We also develop dashboards and analyses in Power BI.

Contribute to the implementation and further development of Workday;
Ensuring and improving data quality and data standards within HR systems;
Identifying trends, responding to data requests, and providing support for strategic HR issues such as talent management and workforce planning.
