Senior Bid Manager / Tender Lead
Do you want to manage the entire tendering and bidding process and make an impact at a strategic level? Do you get energy from winning complex projects and taking teams and processes to the next level? Then this is the role for you.
About the role
In this senior position, you will have final responsibility for strategic and complex tenders and bids. Together with stakeholders, you will determine the winning strategy, manage the process, and have final responsibility for the quality of proposals.
You will act as a sparring partner for sales and management and play an active role in the further development of the tender team and the tender process.

Developing and facilitating winning strategy sessions
Coaching and challenging colleagues within Bids & Tenders
Monitoring quality, consistency, and commercial acumen
Initiating and implementing process improvements

Vacation pay and days off
You receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 days off per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of room to recharge.

We support hybrid working and use a 60/40 split for this purpose, whereby with full-time employment you are in the office for three days and can work from home for two days.
