As a Senior Financial Controller, make a difference within our Finance organization
Do you have several years of experience in Financial Control and are you ready for a role where you can take on more responsibility? At HeadFirst Group, you’ll ensure reliable financial reporting for our Dutch and Belgian entities, improve processes, and help your colleagues grow in their careers.
You’ve now mastered Financial Control and are looking for an environment where you can tackle more complex issues, strengthen collaboration with the business, and continue to grow professionally within Finance.
Your impact at HeadFirst Group
As a Senior Financial Controller, you will share responsibility for ensuring that the financial records of our Dutch and Belgian entities are accurate, complete, and timely. You will play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and ensure that reports comply with IFRS standards.
You look beyond just the numbers. You analyze anomalies, ask critical questions, and translate financial information into clear insights for the Finance Manager and other stakeholders. If you see an opportunity to make a process smarter, better, or more efficient, you take the initiative to tackle it together with your colleagues.
Within the team, you’ll work alongside three controllers, the Finance Manager, and the Accounting team. You won’t be managing any colleagues, but as a Senior Financial Controller, you’ll play a mentoring role. You’ll share your knowledge, assist other controllers with substantive issues, and provide clear instructions when necessary.
