Are you an experienced communications professional who thrives in an international environment with diverse stakeholders and markets? Do you combine strategic thinking with strong execution and a strong instinct for compelling storytelling?
We are looking for a Senior Global Communications & PR Manager to lead and further professionalize our global external communications across multiple regions, strengthening how we are positioned and perceived worldwide.
Your impact
In this role, you will define and execute a global communications and public relations strategy aligned with business objectives. You will strengthen our brand positioning internationally, ensuring global consistency while maintaining sensitivity to regional nuances across Europe, the UK, the US, and APAC.
You will manage international media relations, proactively identify newsworthy angles and story hooks, and translate complex business developments into clear, engaging narratives. You will oversee corporate announcements, thought leadership initiatives, and opinion pieces, securing meaningful media coverage in priority markets.
Acting as a trusted communications advisor to senior leadership, you will provide strategic counsel on positioning, reputation, and media engagement. You will also take the lead in crisis and reputational communications when required, developing rapid response strategies where needed.
Operating in a complex, multi-regional structure, you will coordinate closely with regional teams and external agencies, ensuring high-quality, aligned, and timely messaging across markets.
What will you do?
Develop and execute a global external communications and PR strategy aligned with business priorities;
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier international media;
Drive proactive media outreach and secure high-impact coverage;
Lead press communications, corporate announcements, and thought leadership initiatives;
Advise executive leadership on reputation, messaging, and external positioning;
Lead crisis communications and issues management externally;
Monitor media coverage and performance metrics to continuously refine communications strategy.

You are a senior communications leader with international experience and a strong strategic mindset. You are a natural PR professional with a strong news sense, capable of identifying compelling narratives and translating complex topics into impactful external messaging. You are comfortable operating as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor at leadership level.
In addition, you bring:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in external communications, public relations, or corporate communications;
Proven experience developing and leading global PR strategies;
Proven success in securing top-tier media coverage;
Experience advising senior executives on reputation and external positioning;
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
Experience managing agencies and regional PR teams;
Calm, decisive, and resilient under pressure;
Excellent command of English.
Experience in journalism and an established international media network are considered strong advantages.
