About the role
In our market, approximately 90 percent of contracts are concluded through tenders or bids. As a bid manager in the Bids & Tenders department, you will translate operational solutions into commercial proposals. This means that you will work together with colleagues within the team, but also with colleagues from sales, account management, operations, legal, and marketing and communications.
-This makes you a connecting factor who knows how to gain trust both internally and externally.
-You are responsible for qualifying, creating, and coordinating bids and tenders from potential clients. You enjoy writing compelling texts based on knowledge interviews and analyzing and understanding our clients. You dare to think creatively and come up with innovative commercial ideas.
-You are responsible for your own tenders and bids, and you help your colleagues by challenging their plans of action, written documents, and strategies. In addition, you are the point of contact within the Bids & Tenders team for tenders, bids, and presentation practice sessions.
You will also take the lead in the continuous improvement of our tender and procurement process. You will do this by organizing win strategy sessions and evaluation sessions, among other things.

At least five years of experience in the flexible labor market, such as payroll, staffing, secondment, intermediary services or the MSP market is a plus;
At least five years of experience as a bid manager in a related field a requirement;
Creative, commercial and stress-resistant, with a keen eye for detail, even when the pressure is on. Multitasking and prioritizing come effortlessly to you;
Excellent oral and written skills, combined with the talent to write flawless and catchy texts in both Dutch and English;
A completed college or university education;
A flexible work attitude and willingness to occasionally work outside regular working hours to meet deadlines.
