Tender Specialist / Bid Manager (Medior)

About the role
As a Tender Specialist within the Bids & Tenders team, you are responsible for your own tenders and bids. You translate operational solutions into commercial proposals and monitor the quality, content, and planning of the process.
You work closely with colleagues from different disciplines and act as a connecting factor. You know how to align interests and build trust, both internally and with clients.

Coordinating and drafting tenders and bids
Analyzing customer questions and translating them into clear propositions
Conducting knowledge interviews and processing input
Challenging action plans, texts, and strategies
Actively contributing to the improvement of the tender process

Vacation pay and days off
You receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 days off per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of room to recharge.

Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and use a 60/40 split for this purpose, whereby with full-time employment you are in the office for three days and can work from home for two days.

Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you can receive an annual extra reward of one or two months' salary.

What we expect from you

Experience with tenders and bids or bid management
Strong writing skills and commercial acumen
The ability to maintain an overview and set priorities
Independence combined with team-oriented work
Strong command of the Dutch language is a requirement for this role.
