VMS Consultant | Junior/Mid-Level

As aVMS Consultant, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and service delivery. You’ll help organizations streamline their hiring processes using Vendor Management Systems (VMS). You’ll learn the trade from the ground up: from the initial client setup to live support and ongoing optimization.

HeadFirst Group is the market leader in temporary staffing in the Netherlands. Through our Staffing MS division, we help large organizations streamline their procurement processes for flexible labor using smart technology and personalized advice.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, such as:

Support & Management

• You provide first- through third-level support to customers in accordance with agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).

• You will build and maintain a technical knowledge base to ensure that knowledge is preserved and that colleagues can find answers quickly.

Implementation

• You will oversee new client implementations from start to finish: from setting up the system and configuring it to testing and providing training to end users.

• You'll work closely with clients and internal colleagues to design solutions that truly fit their way of working.

Analysis & Improvement

• You identify opportunities to optimize systems and proactively make improvement suggestions to existing clients.

• You will work with our BI team to develop dashboards and reports that provide clients with insights into their staffing data.
