Starapple is the recruitment arm of the HeadFirst Group. We support organizations of all sizes in professionally searching for and finding new colleagues for these companies. As a working student, you will be directly involved in this process.

What will you do?

You support the entire hiring process for external professionals:

• Assessing resumes for content, suitability, and completeness

• Searching for candidates for our clients

• Introductory phone calls with the candidates.

• Developing yourself in skills that will serve you for the rest of your life.

You will work alongside consultants who will guide you through the profession. You will be given room for initiative and learn how recruitment and stakeholder management work in practice.
