Would you like to gain experience in corporate recruitment and develop yourself within a professional and close-knit team? Are you looking for a flexible part-time job where you can have a real impact on finding new talent? Then this role as a Working Student Corporate Recruitment at HeadFirst Group is for you.
As a Corporate Recruitment Working Student, you will play an important role in finding and attracting the right candidates for our internal vacancies. You will support the Corporate Recruitment Team, which is responsible for all recruitment within HeadFirst Group and its labels, and will be given every opportunity to develop your recruitment skills.
You will be actively approaching your own new colleagues. This is called sourcing, which involves using LinkedIn to approach people and talk to them to see if you can help them find an exciting challenge within HeadFirst. The nice thing is that you will later be able to welcome these people as colleagues and bump into them in our restaurant at lunchtime or at the coffee machine. Together with your recruitment colleagues, we ensure that the right people end up in the right place. In addition, this part-time job can be easily combined with your studies. We will flexibly adjust your working hours to your schedule.
What will you do?
· Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms;
· Drafting and publishing job vacancies on job boards and our own channels;
· Identify improvements and get started on them right away.
· Selecting and assessing resumes;
· Approach candidates and convince them that HeadFirst is the right place for them.
· Contributing ideas for improvements to our recruitment process, procedures, and our Candidate Experience;
· Scheduling interviews and maintaining contact with candidates.
· You are enrolled in a higher professional education or university program (e.g., in HRM, Communication, Psychology, or Business Administration);
· You are available 16–24 hours per week;
· You are curious about recruitment and enjoy approaching people in a smart way;
· You work accurately and have an eye for detail;
· You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
· Experience with LinkedIn or an ATS is a plus, but not a requirement.
If you would like to fill this role on a part-time basis, for example as a starter, please let us know.
