As a Workday Reporting & HR Data Analyst at HeadFirst Group, you are responsible for developing, managing, and improving HR reporting and dashboards within our international organization. You ensure that HR data is reliable, insightful, and actionable for HR, management, and executives. You also work daily with systems such as Workday, AFAS, and Power BI and play a key role in the further development of our international HR reporting structure. This includes a strong focus on Workday reporting, data quality, people analytics, and management information.

Your position

At HeadFirst Group, we are building a more data-driven HR organization. In this role, you will be responsible for further professionalizing HR reporting and analytics.

  • Develops and manages HR reports and dashboards in Workday and Power BI;

  • Translates HR data into clear management information for HR and management;

  • Supports international HR reporting across multiple countries;

  • Monitors data quality, definitions, and consistent reporting standards;

  • Supports HR and business stakeholders with analyses and reports;

  • Contributes to the further development and optimization of Workday reporting;

  • Helps HR operate in a more data-driven way.

What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports in Workday and Power BI;

  • Analyze HR data from systems such as Workday, AFAS, and LMS KnowHow;

  • Create reports on headcount, turnover, performance, training, and workforce data;

  • Identify trends and turn data into actionable insights;

  • Support the implementation and further optimization of Workday;

  • Improve data quality, data definitions, and reporting processes;

  • Support HR, management, and business stakeholders with data-related issues;

  • Contribute to people analytics and international HR reporting.

Salary that matches your experience
You will receive a salary range that matches your knowledge and experience. We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.
Vacation pay and days off
You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.
Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.
Premium-freepension
We pay your entire pension premium. This means you accrue pension without having to contribute to it yourself. As a result, you are left with a higher net salary.
Performancebonus
Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you may receive an annual bonus of one or two months' salary.
Monthly extras
You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution towards lunch, and support in setting up your home office.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree;

  • Experience with HR reporting, people analytics, or HR data analysis;

  • Experience with Workday reporting is a strong plus;

  • Experience in creating Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards is a plus;

  • Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and data visualization;

  • Familiarity with HR systems and HR data structures;

  • You have strong analytical skills and can turn data into concrete insights;

  • Experience working within an international organization or a complex stakeholder environment is a plus;

  • You work in a structured manner and have a keen eye for data quality and consistent reporting;

  • You have strong communication skills and can easily switch between HR, business, and IT;

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
