We’re looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join a high-performing team that delivers innovative workforce solutions across a large, complex client program. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a strategic, consultative role where you’ll influence hiring decisions and shape workforce strategy.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them on the most effective hiring solutions across various workforce models.

You’ll work closely with internal delivery teams and senior stakeholders to ensure the right approach is taken for every requirement.

This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role in which stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder engagement and recruitment strategy

• Assess hiring requirements and recommend the best workforce solution

• Work with delivery teams to ensure effective fulfillment (no direct responsibility for sourcing)

• Educate and influence stakeholders on hiring strategies and market insights

• Handle a wide range of inquiries, from simple requests to complex workforce challenges

• Ensure data accuracy across systems, trackers, and reports

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to drive performance

• Working on-site with the client at various locations and supporting other accounts as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in MSP/RPO contingent recruitment environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to influence, challenge, and build trusting relationships

• Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with various workforce models (e.g., contractors, freelancers, SOW)

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

• A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach
