As an MSP Consultant, you serve as the link between the client, the vendor, and the consultant. You ensure that the entire process surrounding the deployment of external professionals runs smoothly. From new requests to contract renewals and operational issues, you maintain an overview, monitor quality, and ensure that all parties involved know exactly where they stand.

Your impact at ProUnity

As an MSP Consultant, you are responsible for providing day-to-day operational services to one or more clients. You monitor the progress of requests, ensure proper administrative follow-up, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and consultants.

You work in a fast-paced environment where a lot is happening at once. New requests come in, consultants start new assignments, contracts are renewed, and operational issues need to be resolved quickly. Thanks to your ability to see the big picture, your attention to detail, and your communication skills, everything runs smoothly.

You’re not a recruiter, and you don’t do cold calling. Instead, you ensure that all parties involved can collaborate effectively. You understand the client’s interests, work closely with suppliers, and support consultants throughout their entire assignment. In doing so, you work with digital systems on a daily basis and actively contribute to improving processes and services.

What will you do?

• Coordinating the entire MSP process, from application to onboarding;

• Serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and consultants;

• Managing and tracking applications within various MSP programs;

• Administrative processing of contracts, renewals, timesheets, and other operational processes;

• Monitoring turnaround times, quality, and commitments made;

• Resolving operational issues and proactively contributing ideas for improvements;

• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and internal specialists to continuously optimize our services;

• Building lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
