As an MSP IT Consultant at HeadFirst Group, you’ll play a key role within one of our largest client environments in the energy sector: Alliander. In this environment, you’ll ensure that IT projects—ranging from software development to data and cloud—always have access to the right external specialists.

You’ll be working in an environment where speed and quality go hand in hand. No two days are the same: you’ll be constantly switching between requests, candidates, and stakeholders. Thanks to your experience with IT recruitment and external hiring, you know exactly how to find and attract scarce talent in the market.

Your impact at HeadFirst Group

As an MSP IT Consultant, you are responsible for successfully fulfilling IT requests within a dynamic and results-oriented client environment. You ensure that requests do not stall, but are addressed promptly and fulfilled by the most suitable professionals.

You’re in daily contact with hiring managers, vendors, and independent professionals, so you know exactly what’s going on. Thanks to your knowledge of IT profiles, you quickly grasp the details of a request and translate them into concrete matches. At the same time, you work on multiple requests and effortlessly maintain an overview. You keep a close eye on deadlines, adapt quickly when priorities shift, and ensure that all stakeholders stay on board. This is how you make a difference in speed, quality, and collaboration. In addition, you actively contribute ideas on how to streamline processes, but your greatest strength lies in delivering results: strong matches and satisfied stakeholders.

What will you do?

  • Manage multiple IT requests across areas such as software development, data, and cloud;

  • Processing requests via the MSP platform and ensuring prompt and efficient follow-up;

  • Actively searching for, screening, and evaluating IT professionals;

  • Advising hiring managers on the most suitable candidates and market feasibility;

  • Introducing candidates within tight deadlines;

  • Working closely with suppliers and independent IT professionals;

  • Monitoring progress, speed, and quality for ongoing applications;

  • Be able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities or urgent requests;

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the IT recruitment process.

Salary that matches your experience
You will receive a salary range that matches your knowledge and experience. We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.
Vacation pay and days off
You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.
Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.
Premium-freepension
We pay your entire pension premium. This means you accrue pension without having to contribute to it yourself. As a result, you are left with a higher net salary.
Performancebonus
Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you may receive an annual bonus of one or two months' salary.
Monthly extras
You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution towards lunch, and support in setting up your home office.

What we expect from you

You are an energetic and results-oriented professional with experience in IT recruitment or temporary staffing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and know how to find the right match in a competitive market.

In addition, you will bring the following:

  • HBO working and thinking level;

  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in MSP, temporary staffing, or IT recruitment;

  • Proven experience with IT roles such as developers, data specialists, or cloud specialists;

  • Experience as an MSP Consultant, Recruiter, Staffing Consultant, or Broker Consultant;

  • Strong in stakeholder management and communication;

  • Commercial acumen and a proactive attitude;

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English;

  • Resident in the Netherlands (relocation not possible).
