As an MSP Recruiter at HeadFirst Group, you’ll play a key role within one of our largest client environments in the energy sector: Alliander. As part of the Overhead & Staffing team, you’ll manage requests for external professionals and ensure that managers have access to the knowledge and capacity needed to keep projects and teams running successfully.
You’ll be working in an environment where quality, collaboration, and stakeholder management are key. Thanks to your experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, MSP, or external staffing, you know how to carefully guide requests, manage expectations, and successfully bring different parties together.
Your impact at HeadFirst Group
As an MSP Recruiter, you are responsible for managing external hiring processes within a dynamic and socially relevant environment. You serve as the link between hiring managers, vendors, and external professionals, ensuring that requests are fulfilled efficiently, carefully, and within the agreed-upon timelines.
You are in daily contact with stakeholders within Alliander and are able to quickly get to the heart of a request. You delve into the needs behind a request, evaluate proposed professionals, and advise managers on the most appropriate solution. In doing so, you consider not only experience and availability, but also how well the candidate aligns with the needs of the team and the organization.
In this role, the focus is not on sales or commercial targets. Success is determined by the quality of service, ensuring a smooth process, and building trust with stakeholders. You thrive on creating clarity, resolving bottlenecks, and achieving high-quality matches.
In addition, you will actively contribute ideas regarding process improvements, market developments, and the further professionalization of services within the MSP program.
What will you do?
Manage multiple requests within the Staffing and Overhead departments;
Processing applications through the MSP platform and ensuring careful and timely follow-up;
Evaluating proposed professionals for quality, suitability, and feasibility;
Advising hiring managers on the most suitable candidates and market feasibility;
Introducing candidates within the agreed-upon timeframes;
Working closely with suppliers and independent professionals;
Monitoring progress, quality, and turnaround times for ongoing applications;
Be able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities or urgent requests;
Identify opportunities for improvement in the process and contribute to optimizations.

You are a service-oriented recruitment professional who thrives on stakeholder management, process coordination, and making high-quality matches. You maintain a clear overview, communicate easily with various parties, and feel comfortable in an environment where multiple requests are being handled simultaneously.
In addition, you will bring the following:
HBO working and thinking level;
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, MSP, RPO, or external staffing;
Experience as an MSP Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, RPO Consultant, MSP Consultant, or in a similar role;
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management;
A proactive, precise, and solution-oriented approach;
Proficiency in Dutch and English;
Experience in a corporate, MSP, RPO, or external staffing environment is preferred;
Resident in the Netherlands (relocation not possible).
