As a Candidate Consultant, you are the starting point of every success within this team. You will work together with three driven Business Consultants and focus entirely on finding, speaking to and connecting the right candidates. Clients range from small to large SMEs and are active in sectors such as oil, healthcare, secondment and traineeships. No day is the same - and that is exactly what makes this position so dynamic and varied.

Team Fullstack is a results-oriented team with a strong work ethic and discipline, but without micromanagement. What will you do?

• Together with the Business Consultant, you determine what kind of professionals are needed for open assignments;

• You will write attractive job postings and pitch them on relevant platforms;

• You actively search for talent through our database, job boards and LinkedIn;

• You conduct intake interviews to assess whether candidates are a good fit in terms of content and personality;

• You introduce the right candidates to the Business Consultant, who continues to pick up the client side;

• Meanwhile, you are already focusing on the next match - always one step ahead.
