About the role
As a Commercial Recruiter, you will join an energetic team based in Voorburg and/or Breda. You will operate at the intersection of recruitment and sales, making a difference every day for both professionals and clients.

In this role, you will focus specifically on finding, talking to, and retaining IT talent. This includes software engineers, cloud specialists, DevOps professionals, data experts, and other technological profiles. You understand what drives them and know how to translate opportunities into concrete matches.

Experience with sourcing or IT recruitment is a clear advantage.

What will you be doing
• Building and maintaining a strong network of IT professionals
• Actively sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and your own network
• Conducting substantive interviews with IT talent and identifying their ambitions
• Realizing matches together with your senior partner and the broader team
• Advising clients on their IT staffing needs
• Identifying opportunities in the market and contributing to commercial growth

What you have to offer
• Minimum higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking
• One to three years of experience in a commercial environment such as sales, account management, or recruitment
• Strong communication and commercial skills
• Affinity with IT or experience with IT recruitment and sourcing is a big plus
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Proactive attitude, independence, and healthy drive to perform
• Experience with CRM or ATS systems is a plus

Salary that matches your experience
You will receive a range of salary that matches your knowledge and experience. We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.
Vacation pay and days off
You receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 days off per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of room to recharge.
Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and use a 60/40 split for this purpose, whereby with full-time employment you are in the office for three days and can work from home for two days.
Contributory pension
We pay your full pension premium. So you build up a pension without contributing to it yourself. You'll have a higher net salary as a result.
Performance bonus
Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you can receive an annual extra reward of one or two months' salary.
Monthly extras
You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution for lunch and support in setting up your home office.
