Functie

As a Contract Manager, you will join a great team of 8 colleagues in Brussels. Together with your team, you will be responsible for ensuring our professionals are well taken care of in terms of contract management. Additionally, you will oversee the compliance of our flexible hiring contracts. You will actively engage with our colleagues, suppliers, and professionals to ensure everything is submitted and delivered on time. You will also be the primary contact for our suppliers and professionals regarding any questions they have about contracts and invoices. Compliance is key, and you will continuously develop your knowledge of current laws and regulations. We will support you in acquiring and staying up-to-date with this knowledge!


Your daily tasks will include:

– Maintaining complete records in our vendor management system (VMS)

– Ensuring timely registration and approval of timesheets for invoicing;

– Evaluating admissions for the Dynamic Purchasing System;

– Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations, procedures, and instructions.

Functie-eisen

• Minimum of one year of experience as a contract manager or contract administrator;

• Familiarity with VMS systems (knowledge of Nétive is a plus);

• Ability to manage deadlines effectively and maintain administrative order;

• You are analytical, proactive and have an good eye for details;

• Proficiency in both English and French;

• Knowledge of the Dutch language is not a hard requirement, but nice to have!

Aanbod

– Salary indication of €2400 to €3000 gross per month based on 40 hours;

– 20 statutory vacation days and 12 ADV days per year for a full-time employment of 40 hours;

– Vacation allowance;

– Double vacation pay: an allowance to cover vacation expenses. The amount corresponds to 92% of the gross monthly salary. This is paid out in May. If you have worked less than 12 months, the double vacation pay is calculated proportionally.
