Our social responsibility
As a leading HR-tech service provider, HeadFirst Group also takes the lead in corporate social responsibility (CSR). We take this responsibility not only towards our own organization and employees, but also towards our clients, suppliers and professionals. Together we work towards one goal: a transparent, balanced and inclusive labor market, where organizations and talent are perfectly connected.

Our ESG policy
In 2023, we further implemented our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy within our organization because we want to play an active role in the transition to a sustainable society. Together with our customers, suppliers, professionals and partners, we actively support and contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We operationalize our ambition with our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) policy, based on four pillars and our nine key issues, and have established processes to progress and track our sustainability work. With our ESG policy, based on our four ESG pillars, we are preparing HeadFirst Group for the future.
Small in impact, big in commitment
Although our environmental impact is limited, we are actively committed to sustainability. We are working toward climate goals based on our energy consumption and emissions, with actions such as saving energy, electrifying our vehicle fleet, reducing greenhouse gases, using green energy, separating waste, making our office climate-neutral and encouraging hybrid working.
We also focus on sustainability in our supply chain management. For example, we have implemented a supplier code to ensure that our procurement of goods and services is done in a way that is good for society, people and the environment and in line with our business principles.

"The future is where success is measured not only in terms of profitability, but also by the value we create and the impact we make."
Gemma Keijzer | Head of Sustainability & Certification
Power of diversity and inclusion
We embrace an inclusive culture within our organization, where there is room for diversity, but also a sense of unity. We define diversity as the extent to which different people are represented in the organization, where inclusion is about the extent to which the organization makes each employee feel at home and provides safety to be themselves.
A policy on diversity and inclusion (D&I) has added value in many areas. Think of higher employee satisfaction, attracting and retaining talent and better meeting the needs and expectations of the labor market. To ensure this, we have a Diversity & Inclusion task force. From there, we undertake many initiatives to further strengthen diversity and inclusiveness in our organization.

Our impact on healthy and safe working
We believe that the well-being of our employees and professionals is essential for a good work-life balance. That is why we offer training, career coaching and continuing education to increase sustainable employability.
We not only provide good working conditions, but also actively help to optimize the work-life balance. This approach is appreciated: we are a "Great Place to Work" for the third year in a row!
