The role
As a Strategic Account Manager for the Public Sector at HeadFirst Group, you will be responsible for strategic collaboration with our partners in the public sector. You will operate in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders, clear hiring frameworks, and high standards for compliance and quality.

You align client objectives with our solutions and ensure that our services demonstrably contribute to performance, quality, and continuity
The Account Manager operates at a strategic level within complex staffing arrangements for key accounts. He or she focuses on long-term partnerships, commercial growth, compliance, and innovation in workforce solutions.
Developing and implementing key account and customer strategies.
Advising clients on external staffing strategies and market trends;
Contributing to proposals, tenders, and business development;
Contribute to strategy development within the sector;

You:
Focuses on retention and controlled growth within existing accounts
Strengthens relationships at the operational, tactical, and, where necessary, strategic levels
Identifies opportunities for improvement in processes, collaboration, and the use of external talent
Translates customer needs into concrete solutions within MSP and brokerage services
Ensures that internal teams are optimally aligned with customer needs
Provides visibility into performance and actively manages KPIs and SLAs
Success in this role means that your client sees you as an extension of the organization
Responsibilities
Ultimately responsible for your accounts in the public domain
Primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders at the strategic level
Managing and coordinating recruitment, customer service, and contract management
Monitoring and improving performance based on KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction
Preparing and conducting evaluations and business reviews

What we're looking for
3 to 8 years of experience in HR services
Experience with or an affinity for the public sector and complex stakeholder environments
Strong in stakeholder management and building lasting relationships
Commercially savvy, with an eye for long-term value
Analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and KPIs
Proactive, takes ownership, and strong in communication
Fluent in Dutch and English
