Help build a new MSP program as an MSP Recruiter at HeadFirst Group

Would you like to help build a new MSP program at one of the largest organizations in the Netherlands? And does a role that combines recruitment, stakeholder management, and external hiring energize you? If so, this is your chance to make an impact right from the start.

We’re building a completely new Managed Service Provider (MSP) program for a new, industry-leading client. This means you won’t be joining an existing way of working, but will be helping to establish a high-quality recruitment service from day one. You’ll have the freedom to contribute ideas, shape processes, and work with your colleagues to lay a strong foundation for a long-term partnership.

You’ll be joining a team where quality, ownership, and collaboration are key. No sales targets or individual revenue goals—just working together to build a service that clients, suppliers, and professionals can rely on.

Your impact at HeadFirst Group

As an MSP Recruiter, you are responsible for managing external hiring processes within a complex corporate environment. You serve as the point of contact for hiring managers and vendors and ensure that requests are fulfilled carefully, efficiently, and to the appropriate standard.

Since the program is new, you’ll have a significant say in how we work together and continue to shape our services. Together with your colleagues, you’ll help build an MSP program that will continue to grow in the coming years. In addition to managing requests, you’ll actively contribute ideas about processes, workflows, and improvements. You’ll delve into the needs behind each request, advise hiring managers on market feasibility, and guide the process from intake to a successful hire. In doing so, you’ll maintain an overview of multiple projects and work closely with recruitment colleagues, contract management, account management, and vendors to continuously improve our services.

What will you do?

  • Managing external hiring processes from the initial screening through to successful placement;

  • Discussing capacity issues, job profiles, and market feasibility with hiring managers;

  • Managing multiple requests simultaneously and monitoring progress, quality, and turnaround times;

  • Evaluating proposed professionals based on their expertise, availability, and suitability;

  • Work closely with suppliers and ensure a professional working relationship;

  • Advising stakeholders on labor market developments and the best approach to successfully address them;

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively contributing to the further development of the MSP program;

  • Collaborate with colleagues in recruitment, contract management, account management, and operations to continuously improve our services.
