In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, consulting, and service delivery. You’ll help organizations make the most of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and support clients with everything involved—from implementation and system setup to support and optimization. No two days are the same. You’ll constantly switch between clients, systems, analyses, and opportunities for improvement, and you’ll have the freedom to develop your skills both technically and substantively.

Your impact at HeadFirst Group
As a VMS Consultant, you ensure that clients can make the most of our VMS solutions. You are involved from the implementation phase and continue to actively contribute ideas on how processes can be designed to be smarter, more efficient, and more user-friendly.

You will assist users with technical and functional issues, guide new client environments, and actively contribute ideas for improving existing processes. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines, including operations, BI, and customer success.

Thanks to your analytical mindset and structured approach, you’re able to quickly get to the heart of an issue. You enjoy truly understanding systems, love diving into the details, and get a thrill out of solving complex challenges. At the same time, you’re a strong communicator and know how to clearly explain technical information to clients and colleagues.

What will you do?

• Providing first-, second-, and third-level support to customers within agreed SLAs;

• Supporting the implementation of new customer environments from configuration through to go-live;

• Setting up, testing, and optimizing VMS systems and workflows;

• Supporting and training end users in the use of systems;

• Analyzing customer inquiries and translating them into appropriate solutions;

• Identifying opportunities for improvement within systems and processes;

• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles;

• Collaborating with internal teams such as BI, operations, and customer success;

• Contributing ideas on dashboards, reports, and process optimizations;

• Monitoring quality, progress, and customer satisfaction in ongoing projects.
