As a Payroll & HR Reporting Specialist, you are responsible for the timely and accurate processing of salaries for approximately 400 employees. You ensure that laws and regulations are accurately applied and that processes run efficiently and carefully.Â
In addition, you analyze HR and payroll data and translate figures into clear reports for HR, Finance, and management. Thanks to your work, we have control over personnel costs, compliance, and trends within the organization. You combine operational precision with analytical insight, thereby delivering direct value to the business.Â
What will you do?Â
You will be responsible for the monthly payroll processing for approximately 400 employees;Â
You check payroll changes, payments, and tax returns and ensure correct processing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.Â
You act as the point of contact for payroll issues within the organization;Â
You will provide support during audits, internal controls, and international coordination regarding payroll taxes.Â
You work with AFAS and contribute ideas about the further implementation and design of Workday;Â
You analyze HR and payroll data and monitor the quality and consistency of data;Â
You prepare periodic HR reports for HR, Finance, and management;Â
You actively work with Excel, including building and optimizing pivot tables and management overviews;Â
You provide insights into personnel costs, absenteeism, and remuneration structures;Â
You identify opportunities for improvement in processes and contribute to the further professionalization of HR reporting.Â

A bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a similar field;Â
Possession of a PDL diploma;Â
At least 5 years of experience in payroll or salary administration;Â
Knowledge of Dutch legislation and regulations in the field of payroll taxes;Â
An accurate, structured way of working and a strong sense of responsibility for the correct processing of all information and data;Â
Affinity with data and experience with Excel, including pivot tables;Â
Experience with AFAS; knowledge of Workday is an advantage;Â
Professional communication in both Dutch and English.Â
