Lead global workforce transformation and drive the implementation of scalable workforce solutions.
Are you a Program Manager who thrives in complex international environments and knows how to bring structure, alignment, and progress across diverse stakeholder groups? Do you combine strong execution skills with the ability to navigate organizational dynamics and drive adoption at scale?
We are looking for a Program Manager – Global Workforce Solutions to lead the implementation and optimization of workforce solutions across our international organization. This role is at the heart of our transformation efforts, helping regions adopt best practices, standardize work processes, and successfully implement strategic workforce initiatives.
Your impact
In this role, you will lead complex, cross-regional programs focused on workforce solutions, operational excellence, and organizational change. You will be responsible for translating strategic initiatives into practical implementation plans while aligning stakeholders across commercial, operational, and support functions.
You will play a key role in driving the adoption of new workforce solutions, processes, and operating models. Success will be measured not only by delivery, but also by the extent to which changes are embraced and embedded within the business.
Working closely with senior leadership and regional stakeholders, you will provide structure, governance, and visibility across multiple initiatives. You will identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment between global objectives and local execution.
You will also contribute to the further professionalization of our international organization by helping to standardize processes, improve collaboration, and establish scalable implementation frameworks.
Within the first 12–18 months, you will have:
• Successfully delivered multiple cross-regional workforce solution initiatives
• Fostered stakeholder alignment across different countries and business units
• Improved adoption of standardized processes and best practices
• Established governance and reporting frameworks for key programs
• Contributed to a more scalable and efficient operating model
• Supported the successful implementation of strategic transformation initiatives

• Lead end-to-end program management of global workforce solution initiatives
• Translate strategic objectives into structured implementation programs
• Drive stakeholder alignment across commercial, operational, and support functions
• Establish governance structures, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Manage risks, dependencies, resistance, and escalations
• Support regional teams during implementation and change initiatives
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of ways of working
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and scalability
• Ensure successful adoption of new processes, services, and operating models
