As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for successfully filling job openings within a complex and dynamic client environment. You serve as the link between the client, the vendor, and the independent professional, ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly, quickly, and to a high standard.

You work in an environment where deadlines are tight and expectations are high. Thanks to your eye for talent and your business acumen, you know how to select the right candidates and present them at the right time. You maintain a clear overview, adapt quickly, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

In addition, you will actively build lasting relationships with professionals and clients. You think ahead, identify opportunities in the market, and help strengthen our network. Within the team, you are a reliable colleague who takes ownership and collaborates to achieve shared goals.

What will you do?

• Processing customer requests and ensuring prompt, thorough follow-up;

• Distributing requests within our network of suppliers and independent professionals;

• Screening potential candidates for expertise, experience, and availability;

• Presenting the best match to the client, always within the specified deadline;

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with independent contractors and clients;

• Constantly switching between ongoing applications and new opportunities in the market;

• Actively contribute to improving processes and collaboration within the Intermediair team.
