We're looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our team and support a major UK client program. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a consultative capacity with stakeholders, managing supplier partnerships, and driving workforce planning initiatives at scale. The role combines operational delivery with strategic influence, making it ideal for someone who goes beyond transactional recruitment and acts as a true business partner.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a high-volume hiring program, working closely with hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and becoming their go-to recruitment advisor.
Managing and developing supplier partnerships to drive quality, performance, and delivery.
Supporting workforce planning and forecasting activities to ensure that future hiring needs are met.
Overseeing high-volume recruitment pipelines and ensuring that recruitment activities remain on track.
Providing market insights, recruitment expertise, and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
Driving governance, compliance, and risk management across all recruitment activities.
Identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment services and improve customer outcomes.
Championing innovation and technology to continuously improve the way we work.
What We're Looking For
We are interested in speaking with experienced recruitment professionals—ideally with backgrounds in MSP, RPO, or workforce solutions—who can demonstrate strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
Experience managing recruitment activities in a high-volume environment.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Knowledge of contingent workforce programs.
VMS platforms such as Fieldglass are in high demand
Experience managing supplier relationships.
Experience in workforce planning, forecasting, or recruitment planning.
A consultative approach that provides insights into recruitment and the workforce.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
You’ll want to be seen as a trusted business partner and build credibility quickly
