Your impact at ProUnity

As a Junior MSP Consultant, you’ll ensure that the entire process involving external staff runs smoothly, accurately, and professionally. You’ll serve as the link between clients, suppliers, freelancers, and internal teams, making sure everyone has the right information at the right time.

You’ll be working in an environment where structure, communication, and follow-through are essential. Thanks to your attention to detail and service-oriented approach, processes remain clear and operationally robust. Additionally, you are not a recruiter in the traditional sense of the word. You do not conduct in-depth interviews or sales pitches. Instead, you ensure that applications are properly tracked, candidates move smoothly through the process, and all administrative and operational steps are carried out accurately.

Thanks to your work, clients can adapt quickly, and consultants continue to receive professional support throughout their assignments.

What will you do?

  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure they are processed correctly from both an administrative and operational standpoint;

  • Posting job openings and screening incoming resumes;

  • Communicating with customers, suppliers, and freelancers on a daily basis;

  • Coordinating the entire process from application to launch;

  • Tracking contracts, renewals, timesheets, and other administrative processes;

  • Answering operational questions and resolving practical issues;

  • Help brainstorm more efficient processes and improvements within the team;

  • Work closely with colleagues within MSP and internal support teams.

This is what you get from us

Vacation pay and days off
You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.
Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.
Premium-freepension
We pay your entire pension premium. This means you accrue pension without having to contribute to it yourself. As a result, you are left with a higher net salary.
Performancebonus
Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you may receive an annual bonus of one or two months' salary.
Monthly extras
You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution towards lunch, and support in setting up your home office.

What we expect from you

You are someone who thrives on structure, communication, and supporting people and processes. You enjoy working with precision, maintaining an overview, and feel at home in a role that combines administrative tasks, follow-up, and customer contact.

You may also recognize yourself in the following:

  • You are a recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) or have up to 1 year of work experience;

  • You work in a structured manner and value administrative accuracy;

  • You have strong communication skills and are service-oriented;

  • You take the initiative and enjoy learning new things;

  • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment where a lot is happening at once;

  • You are interested in HR, operations, consulting, or workforce management;

  • You have an affinity for digital tools and systems.

What else do you bring to the table?

  • Fluency in Dutch;

  • Good professional knowledge of English;

  • Working knowledge of French;

  • A professional and mature communication style;

  • A hands-on approach and a strong sense of responsibility.
