Program Manager – Global Product Portfolio & Operations
Lead change and drive global product rollouts at scale. Drive the implementation of global best practices.
Are you a Program Manager who thrives in complex change environments and knows how to bring structure, alignment, and progress across diverse stakeholder groups? Do you combine strong execution skills with the ability to navigate organizational dynamics and drive adoption at scale?
We are looking for a Program Manager – Global Product Portfolio & Operations to lead the implementation and rollout of multiple product and service offerings across our global client product portfolio. This is a role at the heart of transformation, where success depends not only on delivery, but also on stakeholder alignment and the adoption of change.
Your impact
In this role, you will lead large, multi-stream programs in a highly dynamic and international environment. You will be responsible for translating strategy into action, while managing a complex network of stakeholders across product, commercial, technology, and operations.
A key part of your success will be your ability to drive change. You ensure that product and service offerings are not only implemented but also effectively integrated into both client environments and internal work processes. You understand that delivery is only successful when adoption is achieved.
You will serve as the central point of accountability across multiple workstreams, balancing priorities, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment between global and regional stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating conflicting interests, challenging assumptions, and driving decisions forward.
Working closely with the Head of Business Optimization and senior leadership, you will provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes, while proactively managing escalations and removing obstacles.
You will also help build a more scalable organization by standardizing implementation approaches and improving how we drive change globally.
Within the first 12–18 months, you will have:
• Successfully delivered complex, cross-regional product and process implementations
• Driven stakeholder alignment in a challenging and diverse environment
• Increased adoption and effectiveness of new ways of working for products and services
• Established strong governance and reporting structures
• Contributed to scalable implementation and change frameworks
What you will do
• Lead end-to-end program management of global product and service implementations
• Translate strategic initiatives into structured, executable programs
• Drive stakeholder alignment across sales, operations, product, and technology
• Act as the central point of accountability across multiple workstreams
• Establish governance structures, reporting, and performance dashboards
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, resistance, and escalations
• Ensure successful adoption of new offerings within client and internal environments
• Support client-facing teams during implementation and rollout phases
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across regions
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of implementation methodologies
• Provide insights to support scaling, optimization, and decision-making
About the role
You will work in an international organization undergoing significant transformation, where product innovation and operational excellence must go hand in hand.
This role is at the heart of that transformation, ensuring that the strategy is not only defined but also successfully implemented and embraced throughout the organization.
What you bring to the table.
You are a strong program leader with a clear aptitude for change management and stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
• 3–8+ years of experience in program or project management
• Proven experience in driving change and transformation initiatives
