Do you want to turn HubSpot into a growth engine and directly impact marketing, sales, and customer success? As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for everything HubSpot. You will design, optimize, and maintain workflows that connect marketing, sales, and customer success, turning our CRM and automation processes into a true growth engine. Your work will directly improve efficiency, enhance the customer journey, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will take ownership of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs, ensuring our teams can work smarter, faster, and with clear insight. Your technical expertise and analytical mindset will make you a key player in shaping how we engage with leads, customers, and campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs;
Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and onboarding;
Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline performance and campaign results;
Maintain data quality, segmentation, and compliance for effective outreach;
Integrate HubSpot with other tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Google Ads, Slack, or HR systems;
Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices to ensure consistent adoption;
Identify opportunities to automate and scale commercial processes.

2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub;
Proven track record in setting up workflows, automations, and lead scoring models;
Strong understanding of inbound marketing, customer lifecycle management, and CRM best practices;
Ability to translate data into actionable insights using dashboards and reporting tools;
Experience with API integrations and connecting HubSpot to other systems;
Attention to detail, structured way of working, and a proactive ownership mindset;
Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or B2B service environments, and HubSpot certifications are a plus.
