What is MSP? (in plain English)

MSP stands for Managed Service Provider. In simple terms: we help large organisations find, onboard, and manage freelancers and consultants when they need extra capacity or specific expertise. As an MSP Consultant, you are at the centre of it all. You connect:

• The client (who needs support or expertise)

• Freelancers or suppliers (who provide that expertise)

• Our systems and processes

You don’t recruit or interview candidates yourself. Instead, you make sure the entire process runs smoothly, from request to onboarding and beyond.

What that looks like in practice

A client needs an IT consultant for a project:

• You help define the profile they’re looking for

• You coordinate candidates from suppliers and freelancers

• You guide the process until the consultant starts

• During the assignment, you manage contracts, timesheets, and extensions

You bring structure, clarity, and control. Thanks to you, everyone knows what to do and when.

What will you do?

After your training, you will gradually learn how to:

• Follow up on client job requests

• Publish vacancies and review incoming CVs

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and freelancers

• Manage contracts, timesheets, and extensions

• Answer operational questions and resolve issues

• Improve processes and ways of working

• Work closely with your MSP colleagues and the IT team

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’ll guide you step by step, at a pace that supports your development.
