You ensure that external workforce processes run smoothly, compliantly and with a strong customer focus. At the same time, you actively contribute to improving processes, service quality and collaboration across teams.

Your impact at ProUnity

As an MSP Specialist, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of MSP services for one or more client accounts. You act as the central point of contact between clients, suppliers, freelancers and the vendor management system (VMS), ensuring that external workforce processes are efficient, transparent and compliant.

You combine operational control with a service-oriented and advisory mindset. You support clients throughout the full external hiring lifecycle, monitor quality and compliance, and translate operational insights into concrete improvements. In this role, you directly impact client satisfaction, workforce efficiency and the further professionalisation of MSP and vendor management services within ProUnity.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate and manage external staffing and MSP processes from job intake to contract, timesheet and invoicing;

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers and freelancers within the MSP framework;

  • Advise clients on candidate selection, hiring processes and workforce optimisation;

  • Manage contracts and contract extensions within the VMS;

  • Monitor timesheets, invoicing and data quality;

  • Support and train stakeholders in the use of the vendor management system;

  • Ensure proper onboarding of freelancers and suppliers;

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product & Engineering, Sales, Legal and Finance;

  • As you progress in this role, you will also take on the preparation and analysis of reports and KPIs, and contribute to client business reviews;

  • Safeguard compliance with applicable laws, regulations and governance frameworks;

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities within MSP processes;

  • Monitor supplier performance and service quality.

What we offer

You will be employed by ProUnity BV under Belgian employment conditions. You receive a full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary, holiday allowance and a thirteenth-month payment under PC200. In addition, we offer:

  • A monthly net allowance of €150 for home working and expenses;

  • Meal vouchers of €8 per worked day;

  • A company car or a mobility budget, including fuel card or charging card;

  • A pension contribution of 5 percent paid by the employer;

  • Hospitalisation insurance;

  • 32 paid holiday days per year, including 12 ADV days;

  • A personal training budget with five training days per year;

  • Because we believe in a positive and collaborative workplace, we offer a hybrid model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote;

Je ontvangt 8,33% vakantiegeld en hebt recht op 27 vakantiedagen per jaar op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Zo heb je voldoende ruimte om op te laden.
Hybride werken
Wij ondersteunen hybride werken en hanteren hiervoor een 60/40-verdeling, waarbij je bij een fulltime dienstverband drie dagen op kantoor bent en twee dagen vanuit huis kunt werken.
Premievrij pensioen
Wij betalen jouw volledige pensioenpremie. Je bouwt dus pensioen op zonder dat je daar zelf aan bijdraagt. Je houdt hierdoor een hoger nettosalaris over.
Prestatiebonus
Afhankelijk van jouw prestaties én die van HeadFirst Group kun je jaarlijks een extra beloning ontvangen van één of twee maandsalarissen.
Maandelijkse extra’s
Je ontvangt een maandelijkse vergoeding voor internet, een vitaliteitsbudget, een bijdrage voor lunch en ondersteuning bij het inrichten van je thuiswerkplek.

What we expect from you

You are service-oriented, structured and comfortable working in an MSP or external workforce environment where operational coordination and client interaction come together. You take ownership, keep overview and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.

In addition, you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field;

  • Previous experience in recruitment and/or MSP processes;

  • A tech-savvy mindset and strong comfort working with digital tools and platforms;

  • Strong organisational and communication skills;

  • A problem-solving and proactive mindset;

  • The ability to work accurately and maintain high quality standards;

  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge;

  • Ideally, you have an excellent command of English, Dutch and French; trilingualism is a strong asset for this role.
