At Recruitment & Selection (Perm) we work with (international) clients in the Netherlands. We advise and support on recruitment issues across the full breadth of IT. What makes this such fun is that you get a look behind the scenes at every conceivable sector. One day you are in a lab and the next day you are in the fresh produce department at a wholesaler.
IT occurs in every conceivable sector, which makes the work fun and varied. No recruitment process is the same, so we learn a little more every day. With a lot of knowledge and experience, we support our clients in the most difficult cases. We are a close-knit team in which everyone contributes: we really do it together.

Meet the team
Team Recruitment & Selection is a close team consisting of ten recruitment experts. We usually work from our office in Breda, but can also be found at Hoofddorp. We know each other well and know where to find each other privately. We are intrinsically driven to our specialism continuously improve and take it to the next level. We like to score and put our heads together for the strategy and vision of our business unit. We learn from each other every day and have gained a lot of experience over the years gained over the years. We like to share this with the other colleagues! We celebrate successes during social drinks and (for a healthy balance) we regularly participate in sports activities.

In facilitating talent influx in the tight IT labor market, we focus on the personal development of IT Support professionals in addition to recruitment & selection. In doing so, we navigate professionals through the crucial first steps in their careers and help them develop into subject matter experts who add value to the organization.
What are the benefits of deta fixed?
We select talent, ensure an optimal match with the organization, and provide development support. In our approach, the professional is employed by Sterksen during the secondment period. During these months, we facilitate any necessary education, training and certification relevant to the assignment. Upon mutual satisfaction between the organization and the professional, the professional then joins the client on a permanent basis.

Sterksen Deta-vast offers both MBO and HBO professionals, with or without IT experience, the opportunity to work within IT Support at a client. Sterksen offers a fast and customized training program with certification and personal coaching.
Sterksen offers clients a flexible way to fill vacancies, whereby the professionals are trained, certified and supervised by Sterksen and meanwhile develop on the job at the client itself.

We find the right talent for key positions
You don't look for a new CEO or CIO every day, but when you need one you'd rather have the very best right away. With Executive Search, we identify, approach and select the best talent for this crucial positions. We initiate the search for the right candidates and move them to a new challenge.
What makes working in Executive Search so much fun?
In this role you will interact with senior management or C-level executives. This is a cool challenge, because you are a sparring partner for this target group looking for the best match. As a consultant, the contact is intensive and personal, also with the client.


What work is involved in Executive Search?
You start looking for someone who will set the course and direction in an organization. How cool is that? To do that, of course, you first have to get all the relevant information from the client. You analyse in detail What exactly the client is looking for in a candidate.
You process the information gathered into a "position profile. A four-page document that, compared to a job profile, goes much deeper into culture, expectations, personality and terms of employment. This position profile is the guide to start the search. Both inside and outside your network, you approach potential candidates. Oh, not to forget: with Executive Search you work on the basis of complete exclusivity, allowing you to fully focus on quality.
How to reach the right candidates?
Although theseprofessionals rarely actively seek are for a new position, they are approachable. Geinterested candidates include You shortlist them and discuss with client. After sharing the shortlist you provide intensive counseling for both client and candidate.
What is the Executive Search team like?
Executive Search falls under Recruitment & Selection at Sterksen. Within this expertise you work together with a team of about ten Recruitment Consultants. In addition you regularly with colleagues from other teams. For example, when there is an Executive Search request via the services of Recruitment Process Outsourcing. In this way you are involved in the entire Sterksen organization.
