Your challenge
We are on the eve of international expansion into markets such as the UK and US. This brings complex issues of scalability, compliance and multi-region infrastructure. We are building a platform that functions smoothly across multiple countries, languages and legislations. And for that, we need you!
You will work in a cross-functional product team in which engineers, product managers, designers and analysts work closely together. Within your team, you get a lot of autonomy and the chance to make an impact.
What will you do?
Actively contribute to the technical roadmap, code reviews and our way of working.
Collaborate with designers to localize the existing front-end and develop and test new features.
Develop smart automations for onboarding processes so that professionals worldwide quickly find relevant assignments.
Working with AWS, Docker and event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ) to deliver a robust platform that meets international security, compliance and performance standards.

You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.

We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.

What we expect from you

You have a passion for clean code and good testing.
You have a can-do mentality and positive mindset.
You enjoy working in teams, actively asking questions and are open to feedback.
Proven experience using AI coding agents such as Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in day-to-day engineering workflows.
Ability to work effectively with AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, VS Code, or equivalent tools, while maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and security.
You are energized by technical challenges and complexity.
You are pragmatic in your approach - working software that delivers value is more important than perfection
