As a Workday Reporting & HR Data Analyst at HeadFirst Group, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving HR reporting and dashboards across our international organization. You will ensure that HR data is reliable, accessible, and translated into meaningful insights for HR, management, and leadership teams.
You will work closely with systems such as Workday, AFAS, and Power BI, while playing a key role in the further development of our international HR reporting framework. The role places a strong emphasis on Workday reporting, data quality, people analytics, and management information.
Your role
At HeadFirst Group, we are building an increasingly data-driven HR organization. In this role, you will play a key role in further professionalizing HR reporting and analytics.
You will:
Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards in Workday and Power BI
transform HR data into clear management information and actionable insights
support international HR reporting across multiple countries
help improve data quality, reporting definitions, and reporting standards
support HR and business stakeholders with analyses and reporting requests
contribute to the further optimization and development of Workday reporting
help HR teams make more data-driven decisions
What will you do?
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports in Workday and Power BI
Analyze HR data from systems such as Workday, AFAS, and LMS KnowHow
Create reports related to headcount, attrition, performance, training, and workforce data
Identify trends and turn data into actionable insights
Support the implementation and further optimization of Workday
Improve data quality, data definitions, and reporting processes
Support HR, management, and business stakeholders with questions related to reporting and data
Contribute to people analytics and international HR reporting initiatives

What do you bring to the table?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of work and thinking
Experience in HR reporting, people analytics, or HR data analysis
Experience with Workday reporting is a strong plus
Experience with creating Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards is a plus
Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and data visualization
Familiarity with HR systems and HR data structures
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience working within an international organization or a complex stakeholder environment is a plus
A structured approach to work with a strong focus on data quality and reporting consistency
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HR, business, and IT stakeholders
Strong command of both Dutch and English
