As an HR Business Analyst at HeadFirst Group, you will be responsible for translating HR data into actionable insights that help HR, management, and executive leadership make better decisions.
You work at the intersection of HR, IT, and business, ensuring that data is not only available but is actually used to drive decision-making. You develop analyses, dashboards, and reports and translate them into clear recommendations.
In addition, you will play a key role in further professionalizing our HR systems and data structure, including the implementation and ongoing development of Workday.
Your position

You:
converts HR data into management information for management and executives
supports strategic areas such as workforce planning, talent management, and performance
contributes to the further development of people analytics within an international organization
ensures better data quality and consistent reporting across multiple countries
helps HR transition from an operational focus to a more data-driven and strategic approach
What will you do?
Analyzing HR data from systems such as AFAS, Workday, Power BI, and LMS KnowHow
Developing and improving dashboards and insights (including headcount, turnover, performance, and learning)
Preparing periodic reports and translating them into actionable insights
Providing advice to HR and management based on data and trends
Supporting the implementation and optimization of Workday
Improving data quality, definitions, and data standards
Addressing business-driven data challenges and identifying trends

What do you bring?
Experience in a role as an HR Business Analyst, People Analytics, or similar
Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization (preferably Power BI)
Experience with HR systems such as AFAS, Workday, or similar
Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with HR processes and organizational issues
Proficiency in English (international context)
