As a Workday Reporting & HR Data Analyst at HeadFirst Group, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving HR reporting and dashboards across our international organisation. You ensure HR data is reliable, accessible and translated into meaningful insights for HR, management and leadership teams.
ou will work closely with systems such as Workday, AFAS and Power BI, while playing an important role in the further development of our international HR reporting landscape. A strong focus of the role is Workday reporting, data quality, people analytics and management information.
Your role
At HeadFirst Group, we are building an increasingly data driven HR organisation. In this role, you will play a key part in further professionalising HR reporting and analytics.
You will:
develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards within Workday and Power BI
translate HR data into clear management information and actionable insights
support international HR reporting across multiple countries
help improve data quality, reporting definitions and reporting standards
support HR and business stakeholders with analyses and reporting requests
contribute to the further optimisation and development of Workday reporting
help HR teams become more data driven in decision making
What will you do?
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports within Workday and Power BI
Analyse HR data from systems such as Workday, AFAS and LMS KnowHow
Create reports related to headcount, attrition, performance, learning and workforce data
Identify trends and translate data into actionable insights
Support the implementation and further optimisation of Workday
Improve data quality, data definitions and reporting processes
Support HR, management and business stakeholders with reporting and data related questions
Contribute to people analytics and international HR reporting initiatives

What do you bring?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of working and thinking
Experience in HR reporting, people analytics or HR data analysis
Experience with Workday reporting is a strong plus
Experience building Workday reports, calculated fields and dashboards is a plus
Experience with Power BI, dashboards and data visualisation
Affinity with HR systems and HR data structures
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience within an international organisation or complex stakeholder environment is a plus
Structured way of working with strong attention to data quality and reporting consistency
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HR, business and IT stakeholders
Strong command of both Dutch and English
