Product Designer

Do you want to design digital products that connect people and opportunities across the world? At Striive, part of HeadFirst Group, you will help create experiences used daily by thousands of professionals. You will join an international, design-driven organisation that is growing rapidly, where your ideas directly influence how our products look, feel, and scale globally.

Your role

Striive, together with HeadFirst and other international brands within our group, already has a strong design foundation and a dedicated team. Now we are expanding into a broader Product Design team that takes full ownership of the product experience, from discovery to delivery. As Product Designer, you will work across multiple domains, shaping user journeys, interfaces, and design systems that support our international growth.

This is an exciting time to join. You will help define how we scale design across markets, collaborate with colleagues in the Netherlands, the UK, the US, and Australia, and embed design even deeper into our product organisation. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with global design peers across our wider ecosystem, sharing insights and learning from each other to raise the standard of design across the group.

What you will do

• Own the full design process, from research, journey mapping, and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI;

• Champion user experience and accessibility, ensuring every product is valuable, intuitive, and visually consistent;

• Work closely with engineers and product managers to bring designs to life with high-quality, responsive implementation;

• Contribute to and expand our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products;

• Validate ideas through user testing, discovery sessions, and continuous feedback loops;

• Help strengthen our design culture by sharing best practices and encouraging collaboration across teams.

You will mainly work in Figma, and use tools such as Framer or Lovable for prototyping when needed.
