Senior QA Engineer

At the intersection of quality, speed, and innovation, we’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who is ready to shape the future of how we build and release software. 

This isn’t your typical QA role. You’ll be part of a fast-paced Feature Team, within a larger Engineering Department, working under an Agile-Scrum framework where software is delivered in small, high-quality increments at rapid speed. Your expertise in automation will empower us to move faster, reduce risk, and build confidence into every release. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Engineer automation with purpose: design, implement, and maintain functional test suites at every layer — unit, integration, contract, application, and E2E — using cutting-edge frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, JUnit/TestNG, NUnit, PACT, REST Assured. 

• Shape release confidence: leverage your deep understanding of test design techniques, risk analysis, application architecture, and interoperability to ensure our products are not just working — but they are reliable, secure, and scalable. 

• Embed quality into the process: participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, influencing acceptance criteria, risks, and quality standards alongside Product and Platform teams. 

• Own the automation ecosystem: create and maintain automated functional tests in JavaScript and Java, ensuring they’re part of a seamless, fast feedback loop. 

• Push boundaries in non-functional testing: validate performance, security, and resilience using the right tools to protect the stability of our services. 

• Collaborate globally: contribute to and learn from a QA Knowledge Group spanning teams and regions, sharing best practices and influencing quality strategies at scale. 

• Evolve engineering culture: champion Trunk Based Development and automation-first practices, making delivery both faster and safer.
