As Strategic Partner Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the company’s most important external partnerships, working closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to strengthen relationships, drive joint business growth, and execute a global partnership strategy. Based in Europe, this senior leadership position holds a key role in connecting partner initiatives to measurable business impact.
In this position, you will act as the main liaison between the company and its strategic partners, developing actionable plans that deliver revenue growth, innovation, and service expansion. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, relationship-focused, and able to translate strategic objectives into operational plans that achieve tangible outcomes.
Partnership development & management
You will lead day-to-day interactions with assigned strategic partners, ensuring alignment with shared goals and priorities. You will develop and execute partnership plans that deliver measurable growth, oversee negotiations and commercial agreements, and track performance to identify opportunities for deeper collaboration and mutual success.
Strategic execution
You will support the Head of Strategic Partnerships in implementing the overall strategy, helping to identify new opportunities that enhance market positioning and align with business growth objectives. You will contribute to business reviews, analyzing results and recommending improvements that strengthen partnerships at a global level.
Cross-functional collaboration
You will work closely with internal teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product & Technology, and Marketing to integrate partner solutions into operations. Acting as the main contact point for partners, you will ensure smooth delivery of joint initiatives and collaborate with Operations and Technology to meet compliance, scalability, and quality standards.
Performance & reporting
You will monitor and report on partnership KPIs, commercial results, and ROI, providing leadership with data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. Your analysis will help optimize partner performance, pipeline, and joint initiatives.
Market awareness & innovation
You will stay informed on trends in HR Tech, talent marketplaces, and digital workforce solutions. You will support co-innovation projects with partners to deliver unique value to clients and represent the company in select partner and industry meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred;
10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role;
Proven track record in managing enterprise-level partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable business impact;
Deep understanding of strategic partnership frameworks, negotiation, and stakeholder management across multiple geographies and seniority levels;
Strong ability to translate strategic goals into actionable partnership plans that deliver results and foster long-term collaboration;
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align senior stakeholders;
A strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach, capable of combining long-term vision with operational precision.
